Associate Research Scientist, Real World Evidence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Contribute as the analytics expert to various Real-World Evidence projects alongside cross-functional teams.

• Prepare and execute analyses on both primary and secondary data.

• Develop protocols and plans for studies.

• Design studies focused on Real-World Evidence.

• Effectively communicate study findings to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Conduct assessments of data feasibility, create analytic datasets, perform analyses, and compile study reports.

• Provide recommendations regarding study direction to clients and team members.

• Anticipate implementation factors, including facilitators and obstacles to the successful execution of projects and tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in a field related to health services research, such as health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages or tools, including R, Python, SQL, or SAS.

• 0–2 years of pertinent research experience, including research performed during undergraduate or graduate studies.

• Capability to work efficiently both independently and within a diverse team.

• Strong organizational abilities, including meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.

• Eagerness and commitment to learn and share knowledge.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
