Senior Epic Willow Inpatient, Research Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct meetings with end-users to gather insights and feedback

• Offer advanced operational and application development expertise for complex tasks

• Oversee projects as needed

• Execute complex design, construction, and implementation tasks and projects

• Convert intricate requirements and concepts into functional capabilities

• Handle larger, more complex, and technical assignments and projects

• Engage in re-engineering operational workflows with end-users and business stakeholders

• Coordinate and facilitate the integration of the needs of end-users and business owners

• Transform clinical and operational requirements and workflows into system specifications and configuration needs

• Provide high-level expertise regarding design integration and interactions with other Epic modules and applications

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in testing, building, and implementing Epic Willow IP and Research workflows

• Comprehensive experience in Willow Inpatient implementation and support

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies with experience managing multiple projects

• High School Diploma or GED is required

• Epic Willow Inpatient Certification is mandatory

• Project Management experience is preferred

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred

• Epic Research Certification is preferred

• Preference for candidates residing locally or willing to relocate to the LA area, but remote work is accepted in Approved States: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Texas
