This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Implement renewal planning initiatives in collaboration with Account Executives and Project Managers.
• Monitor renewal risks and significant account updates in the CRM, escalating issues as necessary.
• Facilitate cross-departmental activities to ensure successful renewals.
• Acquire a solid understanding of customer contracts, subscription agreements, pricing terms, and renewal prerequisites.
• Prepare and present renewal quotes and proposals for designated accounts.
• Handle contract amendments, true-ups, and other renewal-related transactions.
• Assist in pricing and contract negotiations alongside senior team members.
• Guarantee timely and accurate completion of renewals.
• Keep precise opportunity, forecast, and renewal records in the CRM and associated systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Professional Services to address renewal-related concerns.
• Act as a primary contact for customer renewal inquiries.
• Connect customers with training, webinars, events, licensing support, and escalation pathways.
• Foster positive customer relationships to ensure they derive value from products and services.
• Manage a portfolio of renewal opportunities while supporting retention objectives.
• Identify renewal risks and growth prospects, communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
• Track renewal progress and promote activities aimed at customer retention and recurring revenue.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated success in managing a high-volume portfolio of accounts.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data to resolve customer challenges.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, detail-focused, persistent, and reliable.
• Capability to build relationships and collaborate in a team setting.
• Proven experience with customer contracts, comprehension of terms and conditions, and the ability to identify potential issues.
• Experience or knowledge of Customer Success industry practices and principles (preferred).
• Familiarity with enterprise software, PLM, or other engineering software (preferred).
