This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a primary contact for clients following integration.
• Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with clients.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the acquiring product to effectively address client inquiries and provide solutions.
• Perform regular client check-ins to grasp changing needs and adjust services accordingly.
• Gain insight into customer requirements and advocate for roadmap and product solutions.
• Handle escalations and work alongside internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Partner with sales, marketing, product, and other departments to relay client feedback.
• Contribute to enhancements in products and the development of new offerings.
• Provide support to lower-touch clients following onboarding.
• An Associate’s degree in Finance, Business, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a professional office setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new processes and solving basic technical challenges.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient, enthusiastic about learning, and collaborative.
• Interest in FinTech or Banking is an asset.
• Requires prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, stooping, and stretching.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Good eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and normal hearing and vision range (with or without correction).
