Associate Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Comprehend customer needs and requirements by engaging with the sales team, conducting data mining, and reviewing industry publications.

• Submit comprehensive and detailed credit applications.

• Follow up with customers to obtain any missing application materials, address credit inquiries, and secure necessary contract documentation.

• Maintain data and forecasting information within internal systems.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to enhance and speed up communication with vendor partners and customers.

• Support sales in providing quotes to vendor partners.

• Aid in gathering background information on original equipment manufacturers and their sales channels for potential new programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated inside sales experience.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong listening and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Must successfully complete a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including testing for marijuana.

• Must satisfy employment eligibility requirements verified through E-Verify.
