Associate Relations Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for associate relations and ethical inquiries.

• Provide counsel to associates and leaders, mediate disputes, and conduct investigations and audits.

• Offer recommendations for suitable actions and resolutions.

• Address concerns through phone, chat, or email communications.

• Deliver guidance and coaching related to employment and work issues.

• Assess eligibility for accommodations for associates, tax students, or candidates, and participate in the ADA interactive process.

• Research and examine intricate associate relations issues while handling a substantial case load.

• Record associate relations matters in the case management system.

• Ensure that HR activities align with company values, policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with Associate Relations and People Resource Center leadership, People & Culture Business Partners, company leadership, and other stakeholders on escalated matters.

• Provide training, guidance, and feedback to seasonal associates.

• Promote positive interactions to assist in resolving concerns.

• Execute associate relations or operations projects and present findings as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience through a combination of education and related work experience.

• Strong conflict resolution abilities.

• Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws.

• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Bi-lingual skills are preferred.

• Capacity to investigate associate complaints and propose resolutions.

• Ability to manage a high volume of cases in a dynamic work environment.

• Competence in determining accommodation eligibility and participating in the ADA interactive process.

• Limited travel may be required.
