This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Formulate and execute extensive sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue objectives for the designated region.
• Oversee and expand a diverse range of key accounts, ensuring consistently high customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Discover and pursue new business opportunities to strategically enhance the client base and increase market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product specialists and support personnel, to provide tailored customer solutions.
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitive research to guide data-informed sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
• Assess distributor performance and effectiveness to maintain an optimal balance of product line sales.
• Prepare and deliver polished presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Keep accurate, detailed records of sales activities, account engagements, and customer information.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows across the region.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, pipeline forecasts, and strategic advice to management.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships founded on trust, transparency, and mutual success.
• High School Diploma is mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of progressive sales experience.
• Background in HVAC sales with proven success in account management and revenue growth.
• Must be willing to travel at least 50% within the assigned region.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent industry experience demonstrating professional expertise is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities.
• Exceptional relationship management, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven history of successfully managing, expanding, and retaining key accounts within a regional territory.
• Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, competitive landscape, and business environment.
• Strong expertise in consultative sales methodologies, customer relationship management, and strategic business development practices.
• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and both verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze market trends, interpret data, and develop effective, innovative sales strategies.
• Results-oriented mindset with a consistent record of exceeding performance targets and revenue goals.
• Experience with account forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning.
• Relevant sales certifications or professional development credentials.
• Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
