This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Review and organize facility documentation, which includes photos, surveys, acquisition/disposal packets, and supporting records.
β’ Assist in validation, cleanup, and remediation efforts to enhance the accuracy and completeness of real property records.
β’ Conduct completeness checks to uncover missing documentation, duplicate records, and inconsistencies in property data.
β’ Aid in reconciling the Automated Property System of Record (APSR) data with supporting documentation.
β’ Provide support for State Assistance Visits, both onsite and virtual, including found-on-site checks and completeness surveys through meticulous documentation collection and note-taking.
β’ Maintain logs for remediation activities, status updates, and inputs for State Assistance Visit reports for effective audit tracking and reporting.
β’ Utilize Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar platforms to monitor progress and assist in reporting tasks.
β’ Organize documentation following established naming conventions and federal recordkeeping standards.
β’ Collaborate with State personnel, facility managers, auditors, and internal teams to gather information and address documentation gaps.
β’ Support extensive travel requirements during the Base Year State Assistance Visits.
β’ Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
β’ Capable of obtaining a Public Trust Security Clearance.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
β’ 6+ months of relevant experience through an internship, entry-level position, academic project, or similar experience involving financial analysis, data management, auditing, compliance, or documentation.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, or SharePoint automation.
β’ Previous internship or academic experience supporting audits, inventory checks, compliance reviews, quality assurance, or financial analysis.
β’ Experience working with federal government clients or knowledge of federal government operations.
β’ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
β’ Proficient in handling detailed information, reviewing records, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining accurate documentation.
β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
β’ Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
