This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Showcase homes and conduct open houses

• Participate in property inspections

• Determine your own schedule and manage your workload

• Collaborate with clients at your convenience

• Travel within your designated market to assist clients

• Complete a brief application and video screening if you meet the minimum qualifications

• Affiliate your real estate license solely with Redfin

• Become a member of the local MLS and Realtor Association

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid real estate license in the state where you will operate

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Possession of a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to acquire them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable mode of transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Successful completion of a background screening in accordance with applicable laws
