📋 Description

• Assist in the development, upkeep, and optimization of comprehensive project schedules utilizing MS Project.

• Help integrate contractor and supplier timelines into the overall project framework.

• Track progress, key milestones, dependencies, and schedule discrepancies, bringing potential concerns to the attention of senior planning colleagues.

• Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting, which includes progress updates, milestone achievements, critical path data, and potential schedule risks.

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure precise planning information and facilitate effective baseline and change control processes.

• Acquire experience across the design, procurement, construction and testing, implementation, commissioning, and handover phases of intricate projects and programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience or a solid foundation in project planning, scheduling, project controls, or a related project delivery field.

• Proficient in MS Project with a solid understanding of project scheduling concepts.

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret project data, identify challenges, and maintain accurate planning records.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the assurance to engage with colleagues and stakeholders across project teams.

• Experience in supporting projects throughout various stages, including design, procurement, construction and testing, implementation, commissioning, or handover.

• Familiarity with critical path analysis, schedule risk management, baseline control, and change management principles.

• Candidates must be eligible to obtain and sustain SC clearance.

• Must be UK-based with requirements for national mobility.
