This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +5 more countries.
• Take ownership of specific project-related tasks as assigned by the Project Lead
• Facilitate cross-functional project delivery while adhering to quality, time, and budget targets
• Develop, monitor, and revise project plans as necessary
• Prepare project reports and status updates
• Organize and lead both internal and external project team meetings
• Oversee daily project finances, including conducting financial analyses, providing updates, and following up with functional leads
• Manage vendor relations and activities
• Gather information from internal project functions to implement project deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional information collection for the project Risk Register from initiation through to closure
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory as well as project-specific requirements
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
• A minimum of 5 years of prior experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role
• Prior experience in Non-Interventional studies
• Strong technical and systems proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity
• Excellent attention to detail and a focus on processes
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Proactive and results-driven, with a capacity to respond to stakeholder needs
• Fundamental knowledge of therapeutic areas
• Solid understanding of project management principles related to time, quality, and cost
• Basic financial insight and awareness
• Effective coordination, organizational, time management, and planning abilities
• Capability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Ability to ensure compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements
• Occasional travel, both domestic and international, including trips to site locations
