This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead UBC initiatives to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee and coordinate project-related tasks, ensuring effective tracking, management, and follow-up on deliverables.
• Manage projects in alignment with the Scope of Work and within the allocated budget, including consulting agreements.
• Act as the primary contact for internal SERRM Scientists concerning consulting services and sponsor communications.
• Ensure adherence to UBC and Sponsor Standard Operating Procedures throughout the projects.
• Serve as UBC’s main liaison with sponsors, including PMO projects that represent Shared REMS consortiums.
• Prepare or coordinate deliverables in collaboration with an internal multidisciplinary team.
• Lead internal project and client meetings effectively.
• Present information during client meetings and internal project review sessions.
• Track and communicate the completion of project deliverables for revenue recognition, invoicing, and follow-up purposes.
• Conduct and catalog research on FDA-approved products, including safety attributes and regulatory processes.
• Assist subject matter experts in delivering research presentations to sponsors.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• College degree required.
• At least 1 to 3 years of direct project management experience.
• Familiarity with project management techniques and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project.
• Professional, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and gain knowledge in various health-related domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work after business hours and on weekends as needed to meet critical deadlines.
