This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead UBC projects to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee and coordinate activities related to projects, including the tracking, management, and follow-up of tasks and deliverables.
• Manage projects in accordance with the Scope of Work and within the contracted budget, encompassing consulting agreements.
• Act as the single point of contact for internal SERRM Scientists concerning consulting services and consistent sponsor messaging.
• Ensure adherence to UBC and Sponsor Standard Operating Procedures throughout projects.
• Serve as UBC’s primary liaison with sponsors, including PMO projects that represent Shared REMS consortiums involving multiple sponsors.
• Prepare or coordinate multidisciplinary teams to create deliverables.
• Lead internal project and client meetings.
• Present information at client and internal project review meetings.
• Track and communicate the completion of deliverables to support revenue recognition, invoicing, and follow-up activities.
• Conduct and catalog research on FDA-approved products, safety attributes, and regulatory processes.
• Assist subject matter experts in presenting research findings to sponsors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 to 3 years of direct project management experience.
• Familiarity with project management techniques and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project.
• Professional, organized, detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Self-motivated and focused on quality.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn about various health-related areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
• May need to work outside standard business hours and on weekends to meet critical deadlines.
