Associate Project Manager – Permitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Assist lead project managers in achieving permitting results for clients

• Aid in conducting thorough permit research

• Support the preparation of permit plans

• Collaborate with municipal staff to address nuances and ambiguities

• Track permit progress and ensure timely follow-ups

• Provide insights to product and engineering teams for enhancing the software platform

• Partner with permitting leadership to improve standard operating procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Washington to be eligible for this position

• Minimum of 2 years in construction management or architecture, with an emphasis on project management

• Proven experience in applying for and securing construction permits

• Capable of accurately researching permit requirements

• Comfortable engaging with city staff and navigating administrative procedures

• Excellent communicator with a keen attention to detail

• Proactive in problem-solving

• Must disclose if visa sponsorship is necessary to work in the US

• Licensed Architect status will be inquired about in the application but is not a mandatory requirement for the role
