Associate Project Manager, Permitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Assist lead project managers in achieving permitting results for clients

• Conduct thorough permit research with precision

• Aid in the development of permit plans

• Collaborate with municipal staff on specific details and uncertainties

• Track permit progress and ensure prompt responses

• Provide insights to product and engineering teams to enhance the software platform

• Partner with permitting leadership to improve standard operating procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Oregon

• Minimum of 2 years experience in construction management or architecture, emphasizing project management

• Familiarity with the process of applying for and securing construction permits

• Capability to accurately research permit prerequisites

• Comfortable interacting with city personnel and navigating administrative procedures

• Strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail

• Proactive in solving problems

• Must indicate whether visa sponsorship will be necessary to work in the US

• Licensed Architect status is preferred on the application form
