Associate Project Manager – Permitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist lead project managers in achieving permitting results for clients.

• Perform permit research with exceptional accuracy.

• Aid in the development of permit plans.

• Collaborate with municipal staff on specific details and uncertainties.

• Track permit progress and ensure prompt responses.

• Provide insights to product and engineering teams to enhance the software platform.

• Partner with permitting leadership to improve standard operating procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in California.

• A minimum of 2 years in construction management or architecture, emphasizing project management.

• Experience in applying for and securing construction permits.

• Ability to accurately research permit requirements.

• Comfortable engaging with city staff and navigating administrative processes.

• Strong communicator with a keen attention to detail.

• Proactive in solving problems.

• Must indicate whether visa sponsorship will be needed to work in the US.
