Associate Project Manager – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage clinical trials from initiation to completion activities.

• Identify and manage project resource requirements while establishing contingency plans for essential resources.

• Ensure the successful design, execution, monitoring, and adjustment of project plans for designated projects.

• Guarantee that project deliverables align with client expectations regarding time, quality, and cost.

• Achieve financial performance goals for assigned clinical projects.

• Act as a primary client liaison for assigned projects.

• Collaborate with scientific and therapeutic leadership across various project teams.

• Offer adaptable, innovative, and proactive solutions for project challenges.

• Proficient in negotiating and communicating with clients in a professional manner.

• A university/college degree (preferably in life sciences) or certification in a related allied health profession from an accredited institution.

• At least three (3) years of experience in the clinical pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating skills and competencies in clinical project management tasks.

• Alternatively, candidates with over three (3) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting and two (2) years of clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industries will be considered, along with a proven ability and demonstration of relevant experience and skills in clinical development.

• Experience with Oncology studies is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
