Associate Project Manager – Language Services, Linguistic Validation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Oversees the complete life cycle of basic translation project processes.

• Assigns tasks and supervises linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers.

• Plans, organizes, and executes risk management strategies for projects.

• Allocates resources for each specific project.

• Monitors project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery timelines, and budget plans.

• Maintains day-to-day client relationships concerning project issues, including status updates and solutions.

• Promotes effective communication within the project team.

• Guarantees the completion of all project-related administrative and financial tasks.

• Gathers KPI data for designated clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications.

• Prior experience that equips the candidate with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to fulfill the role (approximately 0 to 2 years).

• 0-2 years of demonstrated project management experience, preferably in life sciences translations.

• Experience in Linguistic Validation translation is preferred.

• Familiarity with CAT/TMS tools is desirable.

• Strong ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, organize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficient in the MS Office suite.
