Associate Project Manager – Language Services, Linguistic Validation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the fundamental processes of translation project management from initiation to completion.

• Delegate tasks and oversee the efforts of linguists, language experts, and desktop publishing staff.

• Strategize, organize, and implement risk management for various projects.

• Monitor project advancement to ensure quality standards, timely deliveries, and budget adherence.

• Maintain daily communication with clients regarding project updates, including status reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• 0-2 years of project management experience, preferably in life sciences translations.

• Familiarity with CAT/TMS tools is preferred.

• Experience in linguistic validation translation is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks, along with strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
