Associate Project Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as a member of a cross-functional project team to deliver Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for managing randomization and drug supply in clinical trials.

• Engage with clients to discuss their requirements, address issues, provide updates on progress, and respond to inquiries.

• Create IRT solutions tailored to clinical protocols, Suvoda proposals, and client discussions.

• Document requirements and take part in both internal and external specification review meetings.

• Support client review meetings and revise IRT specifications and related documentation as needed.

• Oversee project timelines and scope while monitoring internal and client tasks to achieve milestones.

• Coordinate cross-functional project team schedules and distribute task assignments effectively.

• Aid in UAT planning, develop test scripts, coordinate data setup, and provide client support during UAT.

• Offer protocol-specific assistance to clients and support teams post go-live.

• Maintain client satisfaction throughout the project development and maintenance phases.

• Deliver system training through in-person sessions, web meetings, and user manuals.

• Provide telephone and email support to users of the system worldwide.

• Travel to client locations for meetings and user training sessions.

• Execute other related tasks as necessary.

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences or computer science.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
