This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the Project Manager in overseeing projects to meet quality standards while ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Assist with tasks related to the construction process, including weekly scheduling milestone entries and project schedule remarks.
• Help prepare proposals for new projects and modifications to current projects.
• Establish robust project governance, processes, and systems.
• Ensure that project information and data are properly shared and archived.
• Foster relationships with clients and team members.
• Collaborate with executive management, project teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Manage the flow of project information among stakeholders.
• Attend meetings and keep track of issues and action items.
• Document meeting minutes and action items, ensuring they are followed up to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor the status of completions and outstanding items.
• Contribute to monthly program reporting for clients.
• Prepare project management reports, executive dashboards, and various other reports.
• Oversee submittal approvals, RFIs, change orders, meetings, punch lists, observation reports, commissioning, and close-out documentation.
• Assist in the procurement of suppliers and resources.
• Monitor and support performance management techniques.
• Coordinate with the client’s finance team to acquire, review, and report financial and cost data.
• Comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related construction field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Must be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a collaborative team member.
• Familiarity with project management software systems is beneficial.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google tools.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States.
