This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-level administrative assistance to operations, administration, and management for commercial real estate projects.

• Hold primary responsibility for the successful delivery of projects.

• Create documentation, issue commitments, and generate reports.

• Oversee smaller projects under the guidance of a seasoned Project Manager or leader.

• Support the Pre-Construction Manager with activities related to pre-construction.

• Assist in project administration, vendor management, and coordination efforts.

• Monitor and report progress, log deliverables, and identify or escalate readiness discrepancies.

• Enhance communication among vendors and project teams.

• Aid in project planning, scheduling, and conducting meetings.

• Prepare and initiate requests for client funding and vendor proposals.

• Draft and submit scoping ARs.

• Prepare and input initial project timelines.

• Receive AOR proposals and issue initial purchase orders.

• Collaborate on project team coordination and follow-up tasks.

• Track and validate agreements, legal requests, and important dates as the real estate point of contact.

• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting.

• Carry out other assigned duties.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from an accredited College or University and/or relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level.

• Capability to read and comprehend architectural drawings.

• Familiarity with MS Project is advantageous.

• Preferred knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices.

• PMP certification (US and/or Canada) is preferred.

• LEED AP certification is preferred.
