📋 Description

• Manage project execution for tailored collaboration initiatives.

• Assist in identifying opportunities and analyzing workflow impacts for new collaborative projects.

• Facilitate interdepartmental coordination of sample receipt through effective reporting.

• Ensure that the chain of custody for samples and data is verified and operates as intended.

• Gather and maintain documentation records.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Coordinate custom collaboration projects initiated through business development, clinical partnerships, or other bespoke business opportunities.

• Document all phases of project initiation to closure, communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, and track project and sample progress during the project lifecycle.

• Assist pharmaceutical and custom collaboration projects managed by operational teams to ensure effective sample processing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or physical sciences.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with a solid understanding of clinical diagnostics, or a comparable mix of education and professional experience.

• At least 2 years of formal project management experience leading cross-functional projects through the complete lifecycle from initiation to closure.

• Proven expertise in digital project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Trello).

• Solid understanding of the operational/logistical components of clinical testing and regulatory standards, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

• Exceptional customer service orientation.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Proven success in collaborating with teams and the capacity to influence without direct authority.

• Comprehensive understanding of business unit functions and cross-departmental dependencies/relationships.
