This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.
• Oversee designated project management deliverables.
• Manage vendor relationships and communicate key performance indicators.
• Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage study performance metrics.
• Work collaboratively with functional leaders and other team members to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and scope requirements.
• Lead or actively participate in both internal and sponsor-facing meetings.
• Serve as the primary contact for sponsors and vendors concerning assigned project management deliverables.
• Comprehend study scope and overall budget while monitoring financial stability.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and oversight of study plans.
• Generate and maintain metric reports from various data sources for clients or senior management.
• Assist in evaluating study financial performance and gathering metrics for financial reporting.
• Participate in financial review meetings to reconcile budgets and identify overspending.
• Review and authorize site or vendor invoices, and manage client site payments as necessary.
• Organize, coordinate, and lead internal and external meetings with the Project Team.
• Ensure studies comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory standards while maintaining audit readiness.
• Equivalent experience, skills, or education will be taken into account.
• Capability to manage designated project management deliverables.
• Proficiency in managing vendors, key performance indicators, risks, study performance, timelines, quality, and scope.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with functional leaders and other contributors.
• Capacity to serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and vendors.
• Understanding of study scope, overall budget, and financial health.
• Experience in creating and maintaining metric reports using data from multiple sources.
• Aptitude for supporting study financial performance and financial reporting.
• Capability to attend financial review meetings and reconcile budgets.
• Competence in reviewing and approving site or vendor invoices.
• Skill in planning, coordinating, and presenting at internal and external meetings.
• Knowledge of GCP, relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to ensure that studies are prepared for audits.
