Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Organize and lead Change Request meetings with ITIS staff by utilizing established checklists.

• Coordinate JIRA meetings related to power-downs and pre-production activities.

• Assist in updating and concluding JIRA tickets.

• Address deployment challenges in real time, including unavailability of resources, lack of technical support, and defective or missing equipment.

• Relay post-Change Request updates to key stakeholders.

• Track project milestones, site schedules, obstacles, and issues that need management intervention.

• Review SharePoint site folders for incomplete or missing information and coordinate necessary corrections.

• Aid in equipment tracking, resource scheduling, customer approval processes, and Smartsheet conversion tasks across various platforms.

• Manage technology deployment activities across different project sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent work background.

• Strong organizational abilities with a capacity to manage multiple sites, schedules, resources, and logistics at once.

• Proficiency in using Smartsheet for project tracking, coordination, or workflow management.

• Familiarity with JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Basic understanding of technology with the capacity to learn Symbotic-specific systems, processes, and terminology.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with technical teams, project leaders, customers, and vendors.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Willingness to travel to client sites and company headquarters by driving or flying.

• An associate's or bachelor's degree, military experience, or equivalent work experience is advantageous.
