Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of project activities for strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support teams to track project milestones and eliminate delivery obstacles.

• Facilitate regular stand-up meetings, status updates, and planning sessions.

• Develop and oversee project documentation, including status reports and updates for stakeholders and ELT sponsors.

• Maintain project health metrics while identifying and communicating potential issues or delays.

• Aid in resource allocation planning and oversee project capacity across various workstreams.

• Lead retrospectives and post-mortem evaluations to capture valuable lessons learned.

• Initially manage sub-projects and workstreams with direct mentorship, progressing toward full ownership of independent projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a similar support role.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities across diverse teams.

• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• CAPM, introductory Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM I), or other Project Management certifications are preferred.
