This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assist in daily interactions with Navy clients and associated stakeholder organizations.

• Establish and nurture working relationships with installation leadership, staff, and partners.

• Organize and facilitate regular meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements.

• Monitor client requirements, action items, and decisions.

• Aid in the development of Public-Public and Public-Private partnership agreements.

• Coordinate inputs from legal, financial, real estate, and operational stakeholders.

• Prepare agreements, MOUs, term sheets, briefings, memos, reports, and other supporting documents.

• Track approvals, milestones, document versions, project timelines, and deliverable schedules.

• Implement projects according to established scope, schedule, and quality standards.

• Identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Perform research, data collection, basic analysis, feasibility assessments, and business case elements.

• Convert technical or policy information into clear, structured formats.

• Coordinate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and functional contributors under the guidance of the Project Manager.

• Assist in preparing monthly reports, financial tracking, status updates, and ongoing workflow improvements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent qualification.

• 3-5 years of pertinent work experience.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities within a project-based environment.

• Capacity to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines concurrently.

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in supporting government, consulting, or infrastructure-related projects (preferred).

• Interest in real estate, infrastructure, partnerships, or federal programs.

• Strong formal writing capabilities.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

• Exceptional time management abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Experience in facilitating meetings, workgroups, and workshops.

• Knowledge of local government, economic development, and community planning.
