This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Propel the Department of the Navy's partnership initiatives from initial concept to agreement formulation and execution.
• Collaborate directly with Navy clients, installation stakeholders, and external partners.
• Design, develop, and enhance Public-Public and Public-Private partnership agreements under Title 10 authorities.
• Organize stakeholder feedback and oversee legal, financial, real estate, and operational documentation.
• Facilitate working groups, regular meetings, and stakeholder interactions.
• Monitor decisions, action items, requirements, risks, dependencies, approvals, milestones, document revisions, and timelines for deliverables.
• Assist in the creation of agreements, MOUs, term sheets, briefings, memos, reports, feasibility assessments, and business case elements.
• Perform research, data gathering, and preliminary analysis.
• Convert technical or policy inputs into clear and structured deliverables.
• Coordinate Subject Matter Experts and functional contributors with direction from the Project Manager and Program Manager.
• Aid in the preparation of monthly reports, financial tracking, status updates, and workflow enhancements.
• A Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of pertinent work experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Strong organizational and coordination capabilities in a project-driven setting.
• Ability to juggle multiple workstreams and meet deadlines concurrently.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in supporting government, consulting, or infrastructure-related projects (preferred).
• Interest in real estate, infrastructure, partnerships, or federal programs.
• Outstanding formal writing skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Superior time management skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Experience in facilitating meetings, workgroups, and workshops.
• Knowledge of local government, economic development, and community planning.
• Strong analytical, data collection, research, workflow design, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient project management skills, including coordinating projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
