This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Foster and uphold positive relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with inecta's profitability and strategic objectives.
• Effectively manage client expectations while communicating with respect and clarity.
• Appropriately flag any concerns or complaints and maintain clear expectations.
• Engage in upselling inecta products to existing customers.
• Proactively implement assigned projects in accordance with the project plan.
• Ensure that assigned resources complete tasks on time and provide timely status updates.
• Identify and escalate risks as necessary while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Recognize potential project deviations early and take corrective measures with guidance.
• Anticipate and manage budgetary risks with support from senior resources.
• Oversee client change orders, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and communicate precise scope and budget status.
• Respond promptly to both internal and external communications.
• Ensure consistent communication and follow up on outstanding items.
• Complete tasks independently, seeking clarification when needed.
• Exhibit accountability and initiative within the defined scope.
• 2 years of college education or equivalent work experience.
• Exceptional communication skills; confident in participating in conversations with both internal teams and clients.
• Relevant experience in upselling is an advantage.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in project planning or coordination through internships, academic studies, or entry-level roles.
• Familiarity with task tracking and timelines is highly beneficial.
• Proven success in handling challenging situations and resolving conflicts.
• Experience in tracking hours, budgets, or estimates is preferred.
• Familiarity with logging time or managing scope changes and change orders is a strong advantage.
• Experience maintaining simple project trackers or task logs.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Smartsheet is preferred.
• Proven ability to effectively manage high-pressure situations.
• Track record of balancing multiple tasks while fostering strong relationships.
• Proactive in communication and collaboration.
• Ability to work from anywhere in Canada.
