Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate unique collaboration projects initiated through business development, clinical partnerships, or other tailored business prospects.

• Record projects from their inception to completion.

• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders effectively.

• Track project and sample progress throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Assist pharmaceutical and custom collaboration initiatives by supporting operational teams to ensure efficient sample processing.

• Manage project oversight for custom collaboration initiatives.

• Aid in assessing opportunities and analyzing workflow impacts for new collaborative ventures.

• Promote interdepartmental coordination regarding sample receipt through effective reporting.

• Confirm that the sample and data chain of custody is validated and operates as intended.

• Organize and maintain documentation records systematically.

• Act as the primary client liaison throughout the project's lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in life or physical science.

• Over 3 years of relevant work experience with a solid grasp of clinical diagnostics, or an equivalent blend of education and work experience.

• More than 2 years of formal project management experience leading cross-functional projects through the complete lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

• Proven expertise in digital project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Trello.

• Familiarity with the operational and logistical elements of clinical testing and regulatory standards, including GCP.

• Exceptional focus on customer service.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Track record of successful teamwork and the capacity to influence without direct authority.

• Comprehensive understanding of business unit functions and intergroup dependencies/relationships.
