This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Oversee specific components of Electrical Preventative Maintenance (EPM) projects.
• Assist in project management and execution by performing administrative duties within designated workflows.
• Establish and implement fundamental project planning methods for ongoing projects and facilitate the updating process.
• Analyze the performance of projects by comparing planned versus actual outcomes.
• Prepare documentation and support project review sessions.
• Uphold billing plan milestones and ensure adherence to them.
• Maintain precision and consistency in documentation according to established procedures.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with essential customer contacts and contractors.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of customer deliverables, which includes scheduling contractors and confirming task completion.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while identifying potential new business opportunities.
• Monitor financial activities, issue purchase orders, process change orders, and manage invoicing tasks.
• Evaluate and process quotes to find cost-effective solutions.
• Create and enhance assigned account scorecards.
• Research and procure materials, coordinate with contractors, customers, and suppliers, and manage returns.
• Use the company's service platform to track and monitor progress.
• Ensure flexible scheduling, including weekends and nights, with occasional travel to customer sites.
• High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, and/or project support, demonstrating success in building relationships.
• Preferred experience in construction project management, with the capability to handle complex deliverables and timelines.
• Exceptional customer service abilities, attention to detail, and a strong desire to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, gather data, draw conclusions, and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical services or a willingness to quickly learn technical aspects.
• Adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced environments, with skills in managing ambiguity and resolving conflicts.
• Proven coordination and communication skills to align internal teams and customers while addressing unique requirements.
• Candidates must possess work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the US.
• Option to choose between two medical plans: a PPO plan called the Copay Plan or a High Deductible Health Plan (with a Health Savings Account) known as the High Deductible Plan.
