Associate Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Fill out an interest form to be considered for future opportunities within the California Associate Program.

• Deliver compassionate and responsive psychotherapy services for individuals across all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

• Create comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Oversee scheduling for caseloads, manage charge slips, address high balances, and ensure regular client attendance.

• Engage in clinical supervision, participate in consultation groups, pursue professional development, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

• Work with support teams to manage caseload development, credentialing, and billing processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Residence in California is required, as indicated by “CA Remote” and “If you are a California resident.”

• A therapist dedicated to providing compassionate and responsive care to individuals, couples, and families.

• Actively pursuing licensure.

• Availability that aligns with a consistent remote schedule; evening and/or weekend availability may be necessary.
