Associate Product Manager – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product strategy, development, and ongoing evolution, ensuring it stays relevant, competitive, and sustainable.

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, including discovery, definition, development, launch, and iterations.

• Examine market trends, consumer behaviors, benchmarks, and internal data to uncover insights and opportunities.

• Establish the product vision, objectives, roadmap, and prioritization, aligning customer needs with the company's overall strategy.

• Clearly define ideal and non-ideal customers along with competitive differentiators, and create a scalable growth and profitability strategy.

• Validate hypotheses through data analysis, research, testing, and continuous experimentation.

• Identify risks, requirements, and necessary alignments with departments such as Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Credit, Collections, Marketing, Data, and Technology.

• Track product performance focusing on financial metrics, customer satisfaction, conversion rates, engagement, delinquency, and overall journey success.

• Enhance the end-to-end customer journey by minimizing friction and drop-offs, while maximizing conversion and overall experience.

• Play a pivotal role in communication—championing the product vision, negotiating priorities, and influencing internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in digital product management or in analytical/operational positions within the financial or technology sectors.

• Strong analytical capabilities are essential, with expertise in SQL and Excel for data analysis and KPI monitoring.

• A solid understanding of the financial market and a keen interest in advancing within the credit/personal loans product space.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively within teams.

• Strong communication skills that are clear, concise, and persuasive.
