Associate Product Manager – Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive product development process, ranging from research and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing iterations.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to deliver features to actual clients.

• Convert partner and business requirements into precise product specifications and requirements.

• Aid in defining product positioning and enhancing user experience.

• Document workflows, specifications, and processes to ensure alignment among cross-functional teams.

• Obtain exposure to partner- and client-facing product initiatives involving banks, fintech companies, and brands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Anticipated graduation no later than August 2027.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven methodologies.

• Genuine interest in fintech and payment products.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, execution-oriented, and occasionally ambiguous environment.

• Familiarity with product management, business analysis, or technical concepts through coursework, projects, or previous internships.

• Basic knowledge of APIs, system integrations, or technical workflows is advantageous.

• Practical experience with Linear or Confluence is a plus.

• Experience utilizing AI/LLM tools in a product or analytical capacity is a bonus.

• Previous internship or project experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is a plus.

• Experience in software development is an added advantage.
