This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the Agile team's efforts alongside UX and Engineering partners to deliver high-quality, dependable, and impactful product iterations and releases.

• Specify product features, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Utilize AI tools and coding with AI to develop prototypes, examples, and other deliverables.

• Employ data analytics and qualitative insights from customers to confirm feature adoption and effects.

• Work collaboratively with senior Product team members to prioritize the backlog and schedule releases.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including grooming, planning, execution, and retrospection.

• Document product releases for both internal and external stakeholders alongside the Go-to-Market team.

• Provide updates and training to the team for significant releases.

• Release features to alpha/beta groups for refinement, feedback, and stabilization.

• Share AI-related skills, artifacts, and best practices with the team.

• Tackle defined problems and features within the Transaction & Compliance Management product.

• Collaborate with adjacent platform teams to enhance automation, efficiency, and user experience.

• Build customer insights and utilize data to assess solution effectiveness.

• Ability to distill ambiguity into actionable steps for execution and learning.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to adapt communication style, format, and detail to suit the audience.

• Proficiency in working with technology and collaborating with individuals possessing varying levels of technical expertise.

• High level of comfort using AI tools and skills to enhance productivity and broaden impact.

• Capability to organize and analyze data for evaluation and informed decision-making.

• Experience engaging directly with customers and working within interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams.

• Bonus: experience in data analytics - SQL, advanced spreadsheet functions, and business analytics tools.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent.

• Background and DRE license verification required.
