This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.
• Assist with partner integrations and onboarding as Brim expands to new banking and fintech clients, through both launch and iterative processes.
• Engage directly with clients during the integration and onboarding phases.
• Take ownership of product requirements and specifications by translating partner and business needs into precise requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams on daily delivery and technical design discussions.
• Evaluate product performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and user feedback to guide prioritization and assess post-launch impact.
• Record specifications, decisions, and workflows to maintain alignment among cross-functional teams as the product develops.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of practical product, analytical, or technical experience; internships and co-op experiences are included.
• A proactive mindset and self-starter attitude with strong ownership capabilities.
• Interest in credit cards and payment systems.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, execution-driven, and uncertain environment.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and technical workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities along with design thinking skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn about credit cards, payments, and rewards.
• Previous experience in fintech, payments, or credit card infrastructure is advantageous.
• Exposure to B2B product implementations or partner integrations is a plus.
• Experience with AI coding tools or LLM APIs is a bonus.
• Practical experience with Linear or Confluence is an added advantage.
