Associate Product Designer – SaaS Digital Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of Discover missions from inception to completion, including scoping, building, enablement, and monitoring adoption.

• Create product features with guidance from Senior or Principal Builders for intricate workflows.

• Engage in user interviews, surveys, and analyze usage data.

• Disseminate research insights within the team.

• Identify, analyze, and implement adoption and performance metrics and KPIs to inform prioritization.

• Keep track of the competitive landscape and advancements in brand measurement.

• Collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders, and leadership.

• Contribute to shared tools, processes, and enhancements in the design domain.

• Develop AI-driven brand insight features spanning media, influencers, celebrities, and other sectors.

• Work within a pod-driven product team while maintaining a clear source of truth regarding mission status.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of design fundamentals and user-centered design principles.

• Attention to detail in visual work.

• Proficiency in Figma, Lovable, or similar design tools.

• Capability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Skills in user discovery, including conducting interviews, surveys, and analyzing usage data.

• Knowledge of the fashion and luxury brand industry and customer data requirements.

• Ability to engage in product thinking and interface reasoning to facilitate the progress of a small pod.

• Effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English.

• Quick learner, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Early-career/Associate-level design experience.

• Willingness to take part in the recruitment process, including presenting a Design & Product case.
