This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Oversee the execution of evidence synthesis projects to facilitate HTA and/or regulatory submissions from pre-award through to final delivery.
• Direct project teams to guarantee the production of rigorous, high-quality deliverables within established timelines.
• Possess expert skills in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data while mentoring junior team members.
• Manage projects by supervising operational, financial, and administrative project requirements.
• Proactively qualify leads, create proposals, participate in bid defenses, and handle the contracting process independently.
• Assist more senior personnel on specific business initiatives as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively across different time zones as part of a global team.
• PhD in epidemiology or biostatistics (other health sciences are acceptable).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience executing evidence synthesis research in a pharmaceutical consulting context.
• Master’s degree in epidemiology or biostatistics (other health sciences are acceptable).
• At least 7 years of experience conducting evidence synthesis research in a pharmaceutical consulting environment.
• Experience in client management.
• Over 5 years of experience serving as the primary contact for clients on projects.
• Significant and demonstrable experience in independently leading projects that involved Bayesian NMAs and/or other ITCs.
• Extensive experience in independently managing projects that included meta-analysis, NMA, or other Bayesian statistical analyses.
• Strong grasp of SLR concepts, guidelines, and necessary rigor.
• Ability to thoroughly quality check both personal and team outputs to ensure drafts are presented with only minimal typographical errors.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written); strong proficiency in business/scientific writing in English.
• Commitment to collaborating effectively with others within the team to achieve objectives.
• Dedication to maintaining timely communication internally and with clients, IQVIA project managers, team members, and other colleagues.
• A pragmatic and logical approach to problem-solving within projects.
• Strong focus on detail in all project deliverables, even under tight deadlines.
