This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage the effective execution of EVERSANA Complete/Integrated client programs for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors.
• Assist with pre-launch commercial planning and post-launch operational activities.
• Coordinate efforts among partners, EVERSANA operations, and other business units within EVERSANA.
• Support strategic planning discussions and ensure successful delivery of various workstreams.
• Improve existing service offerings based on client feedback.
• Utilize real-world data assets to formulate strategic recommendations that aid downstream commercial operations.
• Offer leadership on the appropriate applications of real-world data during both pre- and post-launch phases.
• Build and maintain robust client relationships.
• Organize, plan, and lead internal engagement teams.
• Create analyses and strategic recommendations that promote brand growth.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs to clients.
• Engage in business development, cultivate client relationships, identify opportunities, and develop Statements of Work (SOW).
• Lead the proposal process for new projects and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Global BD and EVERSANA D&A leadership.
• Contribute to the development of data and analytics practices and intellectual capital.
• Manage external relationships with clients, vendors, and subject matter experts.
• Recruit, supervise, and mentor junior team members.
• Act as a subject matter expert and a thought partner for colleagues.
• Enhance consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market knowledge through practical experience and formal education.
• Bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution with a relevant focus (e.g., business administration, statistics, economics, operations research) and a strong academic record.
• Over 7 years of pertinent work experience.
• Experience with a leading global management consulting firm is preferred.
• Background in the pharmaceutical industry or life sciences is essential.
• Preferred experience in Commercial Operations and Pharma Operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical industry data assets, including medical and Rx claims, sell-in data, affiliations datasets, and formulary data.
• Proficient in utilizing real-world data assets for customer engagement models, customer segmentation and targeting, patient journey analytics, forecasting, incentive compensation, and performance reporting.
• Proven track record of leading, planning, and executing data and analytics projects for life sciences companies or in healthcare.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client persuasion skills.
• Capacity to navigate unstructured real-world challenges.
• Awareness of key issues, trends, and current developments in the pharmaceutical, medtech, and healthcare industries.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with Tableau and Snowflake.
• Experience in enhancing sales force effectiveness, segmentation and targeting, and designing incentive compensation plans.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Availability to work 40 hours a week, five days a week.
