Associate Principal – Business Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Establish and clarify business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding efforts.

• Evaluate business and industry requirements.

• Conduct functional analysis, define requirements, configure application modules, and perform testing.

• Develop prototypes and create functional specifications.

• Execute data mapping and function mapping tasks.

• Set up configuration tables and transaction/control tables.

• Assess business requirements and formulate solutions for business functions.

• Identify and address gaps in business processes.

• Configure security and authorization settings as necessary.

• Create user documentation for various applications.

• Design data interfaces to ensure seamless data flow.

• Carry out data migration and reconciliation processes.

• Provide assistance with the installation and optimization of modifications.

• Archive data systematically.

• Develop essential workarounds utilizing basic programming skills.

• Collaborate with business partners, vendors, colleagues, and team members to deliver effective business solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of twelve (12) years of pertinent technical or business work experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of business processes and workflows.

• Proficient in functional analysis, requirements definition, application module configuration, and testing.

• Experienced in developing prototypes, functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, configuration tables, and transaction/control tables.

• Skilled in identifying and rectifying gaps within business processes.

• Knowledgeable in security/authorization setup, user documentation, data interface design, data migration, and reconciliation.

• Basic programming skills in relevant programming languages.

• Preferred: Experience as a UKG Integration Developer/Lead (Boomi).

• Strong grasp of information systems, business processes, requirements management, diagramming, and use case development.

• Expertise in process design, reengineering, and methodologies for requirements documentation.

• Proven ability to design and produce high-quality deliverables.

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.

• Strong vendor relationship management skills.

• Proficient in project management principles.

• Capable of managing complex projects effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Competent in conflict resolution and managing complex relationships.

• Familiarity with the complete life cycles of industry activities beyond IT.

• Preference for candidates residing in the Metropolitan St. Louis area with the ability to visit the MTS office in Sunset Hills, Missouri as needed.
