This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the daily operations of the Pricing Team.
• Take ownership of and manage product mapping across relevant systems and processes.
• Keep product, pricing, distributor profiles, and client order guide data up to date.
• Generate client reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Provide support for pricing analysis and respond to ad hoc reporting requests from clients and distributors.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of client pricing, distributor profitability, produce markets, and commodity contracts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of reference formulas, PivotTables, and general spreadsheet logic.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn about the produce industry, pricing strategies, and the company's business model.
• Willingness to travel approximately 2–3 times per year for in-person meetings.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in pricing, analytics, finance, supply chain, or related business functions.
