Associate Pharmacovigilance Project Manager – Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serving as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries

• Overseeing client expectations to ensure satisfaction with PrimeVigilance's services

• Developing project scope and objectives in accordance with the signed agreement between the client and PrimeVigilance

• Planning project activities, including setting deadlines and interim milestones

• Generating reports for both the client and PrimeVigilance management, such as the preparation of Monthly reports, which serve as the foundation for invoicing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Pharmacovigilance activities, including the processing and quality review of ICSRs

• Expertise in writing or contributing to aggregate reports

• Skills in literature screening, reconciliation, and preparation of SOPs

• Experience in PV Project Management, preferably within a service provider or CRO

• Degree in Health Care or Life Sciences

• Ability to communicate effectively at senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations

• Strong leadership abilities, including skills in planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem-solving.
