Associate Pharmacovigilance Project Manager – Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serving as the main point of contact for matters related to the project.

• Overseeing client expectations to ensure satisfaction with the services provided by PrimeVigilance, ensuring that the outcomes meet or exceed client standards.

• Developing the project scope and objectives in accordance with the signed agreement between the client and PrimeVigilance.

• Planning project activities, which includes setting deadlines and interim milestones.

• Preparing reports for both the client and PrimeVigilance management, such as Monthly reports, which will serve as a basis for invoicing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven history of successful Pharmacovigilance activities, including the processing and quality review of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).

• Experience in writing or contributing to aggregate reports.

• Skills in literature screening, reconciliation, and the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Experience in PV Project Management, ideally within a service provider or Contract Research Organization (CRO).

• A degree in Health Care or Life Sciences.

• Comfort in communicating with senior-level professionals within pharmaceutical organizations.

• Strong leadership qualities, including abilities in planning, mentoring, facilitating meetings, communication, and problem-solving.
