This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serving as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries.

• Overseeing client expectations to ensure that they are pleased with the services provided by PrimeVigilance and that the outcomes exceed their anticipations.

• Developing project scope and objectives in accordance with the signed contract between the client and PrimeVigilance.

• Planning project activities, including setting deadlines and establishing interim milestones.

• Preparing reports for both the client and PrimeVigilance management, such as Monthly reports, which serve as a basis for invoicing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven history of effective Pharmacovigilance activities, which includes processing and quality reviewing of ICSRs, writing or contributing to aggregate reports, literature screening, reconciliation, and the preparation of SOPs.

• Experience in PV Project Management, preferably within a service provider or CRO environment.

• A background as a Health Care Professional or a graduate in Life Sciences.

• Proficiency in communicating with senior-level personnel in pharmaceutical organizations.

• Strong leadership abilities, encompassing skills in planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem-solving.
