Associate Outsourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with a Senior Outsourcing Manager to address the contracting requirements of clinical development initiatives.

• Create, negotiate, and finalize specific clinical trial contracts.

• Ensure that contract terms and budgets align with the needs of the clinical trial.

• Verify that confidentiality agreements are executed as necessary.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts for selected ancillary vendors that support clinical trials.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ancillary vendors regarding the scope of work, study assumptions, and budgets.

• Review and oversee contractual, financial, budgetary, and invoicing-related matters.

• Identify potential risks, adjust strategies accordingly, and make informed independent decisions.

• Manage relationships with vendors and internal cross-functional stakeholders.

• Adhere to, enhance, and sustain operational and contractual processes.

• Oversee engagements from strategy and contract execution to issue resolution and post-contractual management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of experience in clinical development, including experience in clinical trial budget development.

• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.

• Experience in life sciences or business is advantageous.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located is required.
