Associate Medical Information Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Management of a Medical Information Team.

• Guide, educate, and mentor enquiry handlers to ensure top-notch Medical Communications services.

• Guarantee the provision of a high-quality Medical Information service while adhering to KPIs, regulations, and company policies.

• Assist with the delivery of outsourced Medical Information services, including program management, service setup, program expansion, and compliance.

• Foster client relationships.

• Recognize and implement process enhancements.

• Contribute to business development efforts.

• Engage in client audits and inspections.

• Ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance regulatory requirements.

• Support root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.

• A degree in Healthcare is considered an asset.

• Proficiency in English.

• Additional language proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, or Korean is preferred.

• Experience in program management, ideally within a Pharmacovigilance or Medical Information context.

• Previous supervisory experience in a Call Center operation, preferably in a Medical Information setting.

• Background in mentoring, training, and line management.

• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.

• Skills in relationship building.
