Associate Media Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in formulating tactical suggestions by collecting vendor proposals, monitoring submissions, implementing target lists and NDAs, and developing support materials for the team.

• Input and submit requests for campaign operations, which include tag request forms, screenshot decks, and creative rotations.

• Contribute to maintaining the accuracy of media plan flowcharts, media plans, budget summaries, and buying specifications.

• Aid in documenting creative assets.

• Organize and schedule meetings, including handling availability requests and calendar arrangements.

• Help track campaign activities.

• Support the management of media budgets, including invoicing for clients and publishers, monthly and annual billing reconciliation, and campaign setup in Mediaocean/Prisma.

• Assist Real Chemistry’s client services team in the daily media strategy and execution for healthcare communications and marketing clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 0–2 years of experience in client-facing positions within the media sector.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Capability to input data and complete projects accurately.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Highly motivated to support other team members.

• Positive demeanor and ability to work collaboratively.

• Eagerness to continuously learn and improve.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.

• Availability to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as necessary.
