This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research on audiences, markets, and media to guide targeted advertising strategies for both domestic and international campaigns.
• Assist in annual and campaign-specific media planning encompassing paid search, social media, programmatic display and native advertising, streaming audio and video, connected TV, out-of-home, and other authorized platforms.
• Aid in evaluating media vendor proposals, negotiating placements and value additions, and coordinating media purchases.
• Manage the traffic, launch, pacing, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across demand-side platforms, native platforms, and direct vendor placements.
• Oversee budgets, delivery metrics, reach, frequency, engagement, conversion, acquisition, and cost-efficiency indicators.
• Recognize performance trends and areas for optimization.
• Extract, analyze, and compile media results for regular reporting, post-campaign reviews, and client recommendations.
• Cross-check media invoices, placements, and delivery data to facilitate reconciliation and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, analytics, and account teams to synchronize audiences, messaging, placements, tracking, and campaign goals.
• Present media recommendations and performance insights to clients.
• Assist in ongoing optimization efforts based on results, program priorities, and available enrollment capacity.
• Operate under the guidance of Senior Media Leads and collaborate with strategy, creative, analytics, and account teams.
• Provide marketing support services for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Trusted Traveler Program under a newly awarded federal contract.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical media planning and buying experience within an advertising agency or internal marketing environment across paid digital channels, including social media, search, native, programmatic display, audio, and video.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient in campaign trafficking, pacing, optimization, and budget monitoring across multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Experience in Demand-Side Platform buying, preferably with Centro/Basis, and familiarity with paid social and search platforms.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Campaign Manager, and various ad-serving platforms.
• Proficient in Office 365, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting/dashboard support.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, capable of transforming performance data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle competing deadlines and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working with media vendors and reconciling invoices, placements, and delivery data.
• Understanding of campaign tracking and attribution, including UTMs, pixels/tags where applicable, and conversion measurement.
• Experience in a marketing or advertising agency or department.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
• Desired: Experience in federal government marketing, advertising, or communications.
• Desired: Current DHS or CBP security clearance.
• Desired: Experience supporting DHS, CBP, travel, aviation, or other programs catering to domestic and international audiences.
• Desired: Experience with international media planning or campaigns aimed at multilingual or global audiences.
• Desired: Familiarity with media performance dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign analytics.
• Desired: Comfort in a predominantly remote work environment.
• Occasional travel for in-person meetings may be necessary.
