This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee assigned clinical trial laboratory projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure that protocol requirements are comprehended and implemented effectively.
• Lead activities for study initiation, including protocol and budget assessments, kickoff meetings, and the execution of project and risk management strategies.
• Track timelines, deliverables, metrics, and budgets, including trend analysis, adjustments to scope, and change orders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors.
• Facilitate client communications, meetings, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
• Promote timely and customer-oriented problem resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to eliminate study-related barriers.
• Supervise the creation of protocol-specific laboratory instructional materials and the upkeep of laboratory specifications.
• Assist in proposal creation and preparation for bid defenses.
• Establish sponsor- or program-specific standards and protocols.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to ongoing improvement across projects and programs.
• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and/or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulated laboratory setting.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, including study initiation, method validation or transfer, or client programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and similar company systems within a project delivery context.
• Excellent interpersonal and client management capabilities.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Trial Management Systems (LTMS).
• Exceptional organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail while managing various priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Good command of English and clinical research terminology.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
