This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee assigned clinical trial laboratory projects from the award stage through to closeout.
β’ Ensure that protocol requirements are comprehended and implemented appropriately.
β’ Lead activities related to study setup, which includes protocol and budget evaluation, startup meetings, and the execution of project and risk management plans.
β’ Monitor timelines, deliverables, metrics, and budgets, including analyzing trends, managing scope changes, and processing change orders.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors.
β’ Manage client communications, meetings, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
β’ Facilitate prompt, customer-oriented problem-solving and coordinate cross-functional resources to eliminate study obstacles.
β’ Supervise the creation of protocol-specific laboratory instructional documents and the upkeep of laboratory specifications.
β’ Assist in proposal development and preparation for bid defenses.
β’ Establish sponsor- or program-specific standards and procedures.
β’ Document lessons learned and aid in continuous improvement across projects and programs.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulated laboratory setting.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in project management, including study setup, method validation or transfer, or client programs.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and similar company systems within a project delivery context.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal and client management abilities.
β’ Familiarity with Lab Trial Management Systems (LTMS).
β’ Strong organizational capabilities, accuracy, and attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proficient in English and knowledgeable in clinical research terminology.
β’ Capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
β’ Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
